Yes, we deliver to hotels, apartments, and even the airport. You can also pick up your rented item at our store in Prague 1.

2. Is the equipment new?

All of our equipment is either new or in excellent condition (gently used). We pride ourselves on the quality and cleanliness of our merchandise. Each item is thoroughly inspected before each rental.

3. Is the equipment sanitized?

Yes, prior to each new rental, all equipment is cleaned and sanitized. The equipment is also inspected for safety before each rental. We treat the equipment as if our own children were using it.

4. Can you install car seats?

Sorry, but we do not install car seats. Information on installing car seats are posted on the car seats themselves.

6. What are the delivery rates?

Delivery rates can start at 15 but are based on the delivery options. All rates include delivery and pickup.

No. We require full payment at the time of booking. We are holding your items for you and are not making the items you’ve reserved available to other potential customers.

8. How do i pay?

We accept payments online using Visa; MasterCard credit/debit card  via our payment gateway and direct bank transfer in EUR (€).

9. Do i need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals to cover loss, damage, or non-return.

  • If you pay online by card, the deposit is charged at checkout together with the rental.

  • If you choose cash on pickup, the deposit is taken as a card pre-authorization (hold) at pickup (no money is taken). The hold is released after the rental.

10. How long does take to refund deposit??

We refund or release the deposit within 10 days after the equipment is returned in good condition. Processing times depend on your bank/card provider.

11. What is the child seat law in Czech Republic? 

Children under 36 kg or 150 cm need to have a car seat. 

12. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancelation more than 7 days prior to delivery: 100% refund

Cancellation 7 – 3 days prior to delivery: 50% refund

Cancellation 1 – 2 days prior to delivery: 25% refund

Cancellation on the day will result in 0% refund.
